Charges & Booking Policy
* Events are not reserved unless a deposit has been received in full. Final balance due 24hrs prior to scheduled event. All deposits are non-refundable.
* 30-minute events are not to exceed a 30 miles radius from Swan Princess Events service area from zip code 20706.
* All bookings will include a mileage fee of .50 cents per mile from Maryland zip code 20706 round trip.
* We do not travel over 50-60 miles from Maryland zip code 20706
* We are not expecting tips; however, if your experience was a magical one our Princesses and Heroes may accept your gratuity.

Our Covid-19 Protocol
Performers
Our performers must complete a health screening before attending your event. Performers will only arrive if their health conditions are accurate!
Guest Count
All indoor events should be limited to 18 children unless otherwise is specified. Outdoor events are recommended to ensure social distancing!
Masks
Performers will wear mask upon your request. Characters can wear masks during activities which require less than 6ft of distance (crafts, makeovers, temporary tattoos, etc).
Sanitization
Performers will use hand sanitizer before and during your event. All supplies will be disposed or sanitized completely!
Social Distancing
All interactions are practiced with social distancing in mind to ensure the safety of performers and your family!
